Booking Policies& Cancellations
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
You will be asked to provide your full name, email address and the best phone number you can be reached at.
If you are booking your first appointment with us we require a $50 credit card deposit to hold your booking for services 3 or more hours. We require a deposit to ensure your experience. Those with out a credit card or who do not wish to provide their credit card number over the phone are welcome to come in and place a deposit in person. You're appointment will be confirmed and held for you once your deposit is in place. We will not be able to hold or make the appointment without the deposit. If you do not wish to leave a deposit you are welcome to come in on a walk-in basis. As a first time client we are building a new relationship with you. Your service provider has booked a special spot just for you. This is your one on one time together.
CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS
In the event that you require to cancel or reschedule your booking Expo Hair Studio requires a minimum of 24hrs notice. If 24 hours notice is not given or you do not show up for your booking we will require a 50% credit card deposit to book future appointments. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to provide the service/services for which you have been scheduled. At Icon we try to accommodate late arrivals to the best of our ability, however 15 mins past any scheduled appointment is considered a no- show and any deposit collected will be kept by Expo.
If we have your email on file, we will send you an email reminder 2 days before your booking. If we do not have a valid email address on file we will call to confirm your booking. This reminder will give you the option to confirm, however, even if you don’t confirm, you are still booked in for your appointment. We do our best to confirm every appointment however it is not our responsibility should you forget your appointment, mix up the time, or location.
