WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR NEXT VISIT

  • We will be operating at a limited capacity and spread out to ensure social distancing

  • Our team will be wearing masks and/or face shields depending on the service

  • Accepted payment types are debit, credit or e-transfer

  • Food and beverages will not be served at this time

  • Retail will be available for purchase,

 

WE WILL BE ASKING YOU TO HELP BY

 

  • Rescheduling if you are not feeling well. We have softened our cancellation policy to make sure we are all doing our best to stay safe!

  • Coming to your appointment alone

  • Leaving your children at home unless they have a service booked

  • Wear a mask at all times during your service

  • Bringing a water bottle and reading materials with you

COVID-19 Policies

Due to limited capacity and the increased cost of service due to additional health and safety procedures we will be introducing a COVID fee of $10 for all services for the foreseeable future.

 

We ask that when you arrive for your appointment you wait in your car, please call the studio and let our front desk know you have arrived. Once your stylist is prepared for your arrival our front desk will notify you.

 

Before entering the studio all guests will have their temperature taken with a contactless thermometer and you will be guided to use our sanitization station.

All guests are asked to wear a mask while in the studio, if you do not have one we can provide one for a fee of $3.

 

To reduce transmission risk we will not be offering beverages at this moment, however we encourage you to BYOB if you like.
